I was approached in 2015 by Lissette Lopez an entrepreneur that wanted to bring joy with her homemade sauces to develop the identity for her brand SurAji. Ají = Peppers are truly a taste of South America with hot zingy blend of acidic, smoky and peppery flavors, making it the perfect for dishes with grilled meats, chicken, and seafood bringing more flavor and heat to food.
SERRANO: It is one of the most-used chili peppers in Mexican cuisine and one of the most popular chiles in the U.S.
ROCOTO: For pepper lovers who can take the heat.
HUANCAINA: A creamy sauce of the famous Peruvian dish “Papa a la Huancaína” normally served over boiled potatoes, then topped with hard boiled eggs and olives.
The direction was focused on the concept of flavors. Each flavor is illustrated to give the viewer a quick way to register different flavors and levels of spicy.
